6. Compliance and reporting channel

– Everyone who works at Manufactures Cusell must comply with this Code.
– Any breach or query must be reported confidentially to the Management of Manufactures Cusell.- The company guarantees that there will be no reprisals for reporting in good faith.

7. Approval and review

This Code of Ethics was approved by Management on 05/05/2025 and will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains up to date and appropriate.
