We manufacture shim washers

We manufacture shim washers (also known as shims) in thicknesses from 0.05 mm and in a very wide range of materials, especially metals: steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, special steels, bronze, copper, brass, aluminium, nickel, etc., in any size and quantity. We produce custom shims from a single unit up to runs of thousands of parts using different processes (stamping, laser cutting, chemical etching, …), achieving a perfect finish with very tight tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm depending on the type of part, the material and the cutting process used. We can also manufacture shim or gauge parts in any shape or geometry you require and in other types of materials: plastics, composites, …

Although we can also supply DIN 988 shim washers in steel and stainless steel, our speciality is manufacturing these parts in non-standard sizes, thicknesses or materials.
